Obergurgl - 1930 m

The compact village of Obergurgl is the highest parish in Austria at 1930 metres. It's located at the end of the stunning "ötztal" valley. There are only around 400 inhabitants in the "Gurgl's" (Hochgurgl, Untergurgl and Obergurgl), and 3900 guest beds. Obergurgl is famous for its snow packed and fun filled ski days in the winter, and its high alpine walking and adventure holidays in the summer.
